Founded in 1982, Miltronics & Skye, located in Painesville, Ohio, had been serving the medical market by manufacturing complex medical parts. Miltronics & Skye has since built a solid reputation as a leader in the manufacture and assembly of small and geometrically complex medical implants, implant systems and instruments. |

| In December 2002, Trust Technologies purchased the assets of medical device manufacturer Miltronics & Skye, and moved their 33,000-square-foot facility in Painesville, Ohio to a new state-of-the-art facility in Mentor, Ohio in June, 2004. |

| As of 2006, the combined Miltronics & Skye and Trust Technologies occupy a 67,000 square-foot facility, sharing talent and resources. The scope of our work varies from production of complex and intricate medical components to precision, larger diameter turbine components, but we share a vision of quality performance and commitment to meeting or exceeding our customers & requirements. |
